The perfect beginning to your yoga practice! Our 4 class Intro to Yoga series focuses on the basics of posture, alignment and breathing techniques. Learn the safe, fun way to practice yoga and apply it to your everyday life. This class is perfect for beginners as well as those needing a refresher.
Each class will build on the previous so it's best to attend each class consecutively in the series. Class size is limited.
