This workshop will combine the ancient practice of hatha yoga with the mystical shapes &

We realize times are tough for everyone these days; and that includes valley & nationwide yoga studios. Many area studios & yoga fitness facilities are cutting back or closing. It's important to keep in mind that most yoga instructors support themselves solely on class attendance numbers. Please continue to support your local yoga teachers by regularly attending yoga classes as your preference & schedule allows. It's unfortunate when a yoga studio has to close. Especially when this is the time when we all need a little yoga the most.
