ASHTANGA

Traditional series of postures designed to release toxins, add flexibility, gain strength and promote calmness of the mind. For experienced yogis.

BASICS

Fundamental postures of yoga; focuses on breath and alignment while increasing flexibility and building core strength.

ALL LEVELS

Introduces variations of postures and sequencing. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level

THE PRACTICE

The Practice is a 2-hour long structured session with the instructor practicing alongside the students. This practice requires strength, stamina and a good understanding of the principles of alignment. Intermediate level.

RESTORATIVE

Relax and rejuvenate in a tranquil environment. Through the use of props, poses are held restfully and comfortably to allow the breath, body, mind and spirit to open.

POWER

Room heated to 85 degrees; our most challenging class. Dynamic flow of postures sequenced with hip music. Build core strength, stamina and flexibility in this class.

GENTLE

Yoga postures are taught in an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. While alignment and form will be stressed, less heat and activity will be generated. Classes begin with relaxation and guided meditation, leading into deep stretches. We will focus each week on various breathing techniques, mantras, or other yogic study. Come de-stress with us, a perfect way to start the day!

YIN

A meditative, healing practice. Intensify your yoga by holding poses to allow for longer, deeper stretching. A great complement to an active (Yang) practice.
